Review Announcement: Cycle of Overpopulation: A Set of Three Reviews Investigating Remand, Rehabilitation, and Parole

The Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services will be undertaking a set of three reviews that each address underlying reasons for and impacts of overpopulation. Together the reviews will investigate systemic issues influencing the cycle of overpopulation, and the impacts on both prisons and the wider justice system.
